Product Description
There were two Covered Wagon restaurants in St Paul and Minneapolis that paid homage to an icon of the American Old West, also known as a prairie schooner. The restaurants were fitted out like wagon trains, with Conestoga covers on the ceilings and lanterns hanging from hooks. Steaks were the big offering here.
