This is a 1950s menu from The Coral Tree restaurant at The Palm Springs Hotel which was located where the Hyatt Palm Springs now stands.
This is a beautiful mid-century design in gorgeous colors.
Inside was a wide-ranging a la carte menu with such a large food offering that it suggests this was a resort hotel.
From the bar, guests were offered a dry martini for 60 cents, highballs made with bourbon for 55 cents and bottles of French champagne at $10. We bet there was a lot of snoozing around the pool after lunch.
