Product Description
This menu art is from the Moore McCormack Line's S. S. Uruguay dated August 10, 1941. The SS Uruguay was one of Moore McCormick's first luxury passenger liners to be regularly scheduled for South American service. This ship was among the first American flag passenger vessels to make the New York to Buenos Aires round trip in 38 days.
We're pretty sure it wasn't easy transporting a sea turtle on your head that was most likely destined for dinner, while carrying a tray of fresh fish and smoking a cigarette.
