Product Description
Mary Ricketts opened her first dining establishment in Chicago in 1898. Her three sons followed her into the hospitality business and operated some of the city’s most popular restaurants. This imaginative menu cover is from the 1930s – the golden era of menu design – and reflects the happy-go-lucky spirit of post-Prohibition Chicago.
