Paramount Italian Kitchen billed itself as "Hollywood's Original Spaghetti House". Its proximity to  NBC Radio City, The Palladium, the Earl Carroll Theater, CBS Columbia Center must have made it a popular destination in the Hollywood CBD. It was also open until 3am for the after show crowd. 

Fabiolus Cucina, offering Northern Italian cuisine, has stood at 6270 Sunset Blvd. since 1992.
