Hotel New Yorker "Production", New York, 1942
This blue menu cover, last in the series of four, shows a train and a truck busily delivering goods around the country while a scientist is hard at work in a laboratory. All of this patriotic stuff didn't stop customers from eating well. The interior menu is impressive and we love the fact that the exotically named Miss Lola M. Clute was in charge of the coffee shop.
