Product Description
The American diner has always held a special place in the nation’s heart and this humorous sign was hung in many diners across the United States.
Don’t Swear Before The Ladies Let Them Swear First was a reference to the number of women who stayed in the workforce after WWII and breached the previously all-male atmosphere of diner counters.
As factories moved to the suburbs, diners became family-friendly establishments.
However, with the introduction of fast food chains, few are left today.
