Product Description
Forget the Paleo Diet or The South Beach Diet …someone with a sense of humor created this post card featuring a very unusual low-calorie menu with delicious dishes such as the boiled-out stains of Old Table Cloth, three eyes from an Irish potato and Aroma of Empty Custard Pie Plate.
There is no date on this witty menu. We think it must be from the 1930s, and that it was a generic joke since many restaurants ‘offered’ this complimentary post card.
This version was from the Crest Room in Pasadena at 3737 East Foothill Boulevard. The location is now a Chuck E Cheese.
Gallery quality Giclée print on natural white, matte, 100% cotton rag, acid and lignin free archival paper using Epson archival inks. Custom printed with border for matting and framing.
