Chin's Red Dragon of Buffalo, New York, had a sister restaurant with the same name at the other end of Lake Erie, in Cleveland, Ohio. In the 1930s they offered an unusual 10 Cent ice cream treat on Thursday's. The Chop Suey Nut Sundae!
