Cercle des Capucines, Paris 1900
An 1894 pencil and charcoal drawing by renowned artist Gaston Linden surrounds the set menu for 26 May 1900 at the Cercle (Club) des Capucines, probably above the legendary restaurant, established in 1875, Le Grand Café Capucines. The restaurant (which never sleeps) is still in operation today.
