Caribe, Key West, Florida 1950s
We love this happy turtle – who is wearing shoes and what looks like a suit underneath his shell – on the cover of the Caribe drive-in in Florida’s Key West. With great graphics and illustrations, this vintage menu print is a lovely reminder of the glorious era of drive-ins where there were car hops and curb service. This menu is undated but we think from the prices on the interior that it is probably from the 1950s.
