Product Description
Brother and sister Reg and Theresa Cahill opened a chain of restaurants in Sydney that operated between the 1930s to the 1970s. They were among the first restaurateurs to import Coca Cola to Australia and, apparently, the caramel sauce they served on cakes and ice-cream was legendary. Their menus really were works of art - fantastically illustrated maps of beautiful Sydney Harbour that many people took home as souvenirs.
