Privacy, Returns and Shipping Policy
Any information submitted to Vintage Menu Art is kept completely confidential.
We do not sell or share email addresses or any other personal information.
All sales are final. We take the utmost care to pack our prints and apparel in the most protective materials available. If there is damage to a print within any order please contact Vintage Menu Art immediately and we will arrange a store credit or exchange (less shipping and handling fees). You must return items within 10 days of receipt.
Shipping Policy & Return Conditions
We ship USPS within 48 hours of orders up to print size of 16x20" For larger prints we ship UPS and within 96 hours of receiving the order. You have up to a maximum of 10 days from the date you received your order to begin the return process. To initiate the return process you must email us at: Hello@VintageMenuArt.com and inform us of the problem with your order. We will then instruct you precisely how to return any product. Returned items must be received by Vintage Menu Art within 10 days from the date that the return process was initiated. If a return is received after the 10 day limit it will be returned to you. To qualify for a refund or exchange all items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Returned items will be sent back if the packaging is not in its original condition. If that return shipment is rejected by the customer Vintage Menu Art will cancel the return process and any credit. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returned items be sent to Vintage Menu Art using a well known carrier and we also advise using tracking numbers and insurance. Any returned item that fails to reach Vintage Menu Art or is damaged in transit to us will cause a refund or exchange to be cancelled.
Once we have received a returned item a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling fees) will be processed.
