June 19 1956 Menu from the commissary at Paramount Pictures' studio lot in Hollywood. The featured celebrity dishes include Dorothy Lamour Salad (Fresh Pineapple, Sliced Bananas and Strawberries with Cream Cheese Bar le Duc), and Today's Specials of a Bob Hope Cocktail (tomato Juice-Yoghurt with Dash of Lea and Perrins), English Kippers and Eggs a la Danny Kaye, (Dean) Martin & (Jerry) Lewis Special High Calorie Diet $64,000 (Egg Foo Fish, Almond Crisp Plateau Salmon with Egg Shell - To be eaten in the isolation Booth only) and Strawberries (Charlton) Heston (Fresh Strawberries with Sour Cream, Honey and Cinnamon). Dean Martin split-up the Martin & Lewis comedy duo on July 25th 1956 and Charlton Heston's blockbuster movie "The Ten Commandments" was released later in the year on 8th of November.
