Huge menu from the 29th Annual Game Dinner held at The Grand Pacific Hotel Chicago on November 22 1884. The Grand Pacific was one of two major hotels built, in 1873, after the Great Chicago Fire. It was the site where Standard Time System was adopted on October 11, 1883.
