This is a cute menu that was used in a seafood-and-steaks place in Florida in the 1960s. The Fish n Steer, complete with a young bull sitting on the end of Charlotte Harbor and landing a fish, was a family-run restaurant that was popular with local fishermen. Not a fast food joint, it had a reputation for home-cooked food and reminded diners on the menu that good food takes time to prepare.
